Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the St. Regis was quite underwhelming. The room was spacious and elegant, offering a comfortable atmosphere, but I encountered multiple service issues that overshadowed the positives. While the location near Central Park is excellent, the ongoing construction greatly diminished the overall enjoyment of my stay, making it feel less like a luxury hotel. I was left wishing for more attentive service throughout my visit.
I recently stayed at the St Regis New York, and while the hotel boasts a prime location and spacious rooms that are beautifully appointed, my experience was somewhat mixed. The service was personalized thanks to the butler service, but there were inconsistencies that detracted from the overall luxury feel. Dining options, particularly room service, left something to be desired, especially given the hotel’s pricing. Overall, I enjoyed the history and ambiance, but wasn’t completely sold on every aspect of my stay.
I had an extraordinary experience at the St. Regis NYC. The location is ideal, and I enjoyed exceptional service from nearly all staff. However, I did encounter a few issues with the room cleanliness and some minor staff interactions that fell short of expectations. Overall, this hotel is fantastic for special occasions, but be prepared for the high prices.
My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable, with incredible attention to detail in the decor and room comfort. However, a few significant issues with the service, particularly during breakfast, dampened what could have been a perfect getaway. While I loved the ambiance and the spaciousness of the rooms, the experience with billing and the dining service was disappointing.
My experience at the St. Regis was quite disappointing. While the historical charm and ambiance of the hotel are noteworthy, the overall service and room experience fell far below the expectations set for a luxury hotel. The food was decent, but the high prices combined with poor service left a sour taste. It's not a place I'd recommend if you're looking for exceptional service and attention.
